Returns and Exchanges Policy
At ZAYYANA, every order is packed with care and love. If an item does not fully meet your expectations, don’t worry, we offer a simple and straightforward solution.
Returning an item
- You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, including all tags and undamaged packaging.
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
- Please note: Our products are handmade. Small variations in color or texture are part of their unique character and do not qualify as defects.
Exceptions (non-returnable): worn/used items, damaged items, or personalized custom orders.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different color or model, please return the original item and place a new order.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, your refund will be processed with in 10 business days.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used at checkout.
How to start a return
1. Send us an email at homezayyana@gmail.com, with your order number and the reason for return.
- We will provide you with the return address and further instructions.
- Please send the item back within 14 days of our reply.
